Unexpected delight of OpenAI’s Structured Output

Simply Better AI

I found that using Open AI’s structured output made it so that AI also understood what I wanted better.

This translated to better text output. Not just it staying within the schema, but actually giving me better output.

In addition, it helped the AI understand how many objects I wanted outputted.

Note, I tried tweaking this prompt 30 times and was not able to do without structured outputs.
