Hello Karl Erik McFarlane Morrison thank you for reading, I really appreciate it. The point of the article just came out of my own frustration of explaining the difference between the two. Enums would have their place over constants. For instance, when type-checking a parameter, we can specify that param would be one enum type. Therefore adding type safety to function and making sure that no other values get used.
